  • Human Resources Manager
    An exciting new opportunity!!

    A unique opportunity for a generalist HR Manager to join our developing company, who will thrive on managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in this new role within our group.                                    

    With emphasis on communicating the people agenda throughout the company, you will ensure effective alignment and delivery of the strategic people plan and business goals.  

    A key part of the role will be to contribute to the shaping and achievement of the business agenda, providing support to heads of department. The role will also require participation in or leading HR initiatives across the whole business.  

    Delifresh are a market leader in providing customers with the finest ingredients, with a reputation for quality and innovation.  Supporting a 24/7 operational facility over 3 sites, based at the Head Office in Bradford, you will need to be a flexible and adaptable individual who will embrace the company’s core values, and for this you will be rewarded.  

    In order to effectively support the business, you should have a commercial focus and experience of HR with the ability to take a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. Skilled at building effective working relationships, you will lead in all people-related activities from identifying short and long-term recruitment requirements to engagement, organisational design, change management, and supporting performance improvement.  

    This is a permanent, full time role

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, attendance management and redundancy.
    • Support in the mitigation and resolution of disputes.
    • To provide accurate and appropriate advice and support during change programmes including the provision and analysis of information to managers and staff.
    • To take the lead role in people related projects (such as re-structures / staff retention), co-ordinating resources as required, liaising as appropriate with all functions, ensuring a successful execution.
    • To work with the managers to effectively identify key training and development needs of the departments.
    • To support managers in monitoring and reviewing of department training plans.
    • To coach the managers to enable upskilling in policies and procedures.
    • To support managers in the reporting of people performance data through management information, survey data, external best practice and case studies.
    • GDPR audit and Compliance. 

    What do I need?  

    In order to effectively manage and challenge business requirements, you should have a strong commercial insight along with experience of day to day operational HR and HR planning. You will be comfortable working autonomously and will take a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. You should have the ability to execute strategic HR goals that are aligned with the business. Excellent coaching and relationship building skills; experience of analysing and interpreting people data.  

    An experienced HR professional with a proven track record, CIPD qualified Level 5 minimum, CIPD Level 7 desirable, and have demonstrable experience of executing HR projects and initiatives. You should be emotionally resilient, possess strong influencing and organisational skills. Full driving licence is required for this role.

  • Night Shift - Packer
    Delifresh - Widnes

    We have an exciting opportunity in our Widnes site for a competent Night Shift worker. Experience handling Fresh Produce and Delicatessen in a chilled environment is preferred but not essential.

    You will need to be fully active and be capable of lifting weights up to 25kg.

    The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the English language both reading and writing and also basic mathematics & hold a valid Fork Lif Truck License.

    Details: 
    Qualifying Bonus achievable.
    Statutory 28 days holiday entitlement.

  • Customer Service - Evening Administrator - Part Time
    Delifresh - Bradford

    Delifresh have a fantastic opportunity in our Bradford facility for the correct candidate to join our exciting and busy evening customer service team.

    The team collectively handle incoming communications from customers via various platforms throughout the evening/night which requires focus, a good understanding of the English language both reading and writing also basic mathematic and essential general office computing skills.

    Ongoing training and support in all areas of the department is given to ensure confidence in all aspects of the role is fulfilled. This position offers excellent scope for development and progression within our organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Handling incoming telephone/answerphone orders 
    Processing orders into our bespoke order entry system from various online platforms 
    Ad-hoc administration.

    Qualifying Bonus achievable
    Pro-Rata Holiday Entitlement
    Job Type: Part time - 16-20 hrs - 8.30pm-12.30am

    Delifresh have an excellent opportunity in our Bradford facility for the correct candidate to join our exciting and busy customer service team. 

    The team collectively handle incoming communications  from customers via various platforms which requires fantastic customer service skills, a good understanding of the English language both reading and writing also basic mathematic and essential general office computing skills. 

    Ongoing training and support in all areas of the department is given to ensure confidence in all aspects of the role is fulfilled. This position offers excellent scope for development and progression within our organisation.

    Key Responsibilities: 
    Handling incoming telephone enquiries
    Processing orders into our bespoke order entry system
    Ad-hoc administration

    Qualifying bonus achievable

    Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week - working 5 days per week
