This traditional festive cheese holds sweetness with a crumbly texture.

Cranberries offer a touch of twang to this creamy tasty cheese and as we all know it a perfect festive treat.

Lancashire Bomb

Creamy Lancashire bomb is a traditional cheese made from curd from two days of production.

The blending of curds with different acidity levels gives the cheese its rich and creamy texture with a firm but not a hard body.

Once the cheese is the correct texture its moulded then waxed into a black bomb shape.

Blue Veined Stilton

Stilton holds a rich creamy colour with blue veining spread throughout.

The texture of the cheese is smooth and creamy with a mellow flavour and no sharp acidic taste from the blue made to the traditional method Stilton is a native favourite especially at this time of year.

Lincolnshire Poacher

Lincolnshire Poacher is a triple hard cheese with amazing characteristics it typically has long, sweet pineapple flavours, but it can also be rich and savoury.

Generally, the texture is smooth, close, and densely creamy, almost like a Comté it's most definitely a cheeseboard winner.

Ravens Oak

Ravens Oak is a small, creamy white soft goats cheese that’s handmade traditionally and poured into small moulds. The cheese has a subtle nutty flavour reminiscent of almonds, which develop as the cheese naturally matures within its delicate white rind.

Ravens Oak is made at Wilson Fields Farm from the freshest goats milk from Nicola Butler’s herd on the family farm at the foot of Beacon Fell in rural Lancashire.

Tunworth

Tunworth is possibly the finest soft mould-ripened cheese we stock.

Camembert is a very traditional French style cheese which holds a great following. Tunworth is a very Britsih alternative which has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, with a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.
