Tenderstem Broccoli
Supply of tenderstem is difficult this week due to sporadic weather issues, the usual incoming volume is in high demand pushing prices up so please be warned.
Aubergines
With the start of the new season, the volume is tight which has pushed the price up but this should stabilise soon.

Quality is amazing from our new grower but things have increased price wise for a short period until stability is found as the crop strenghens.
Broccoli
Like tenderstem, broccoli is also difficult this week as a result of weather issues but the quality we are receiving is mind blowing.

Demand is pushing up prices across the UK as Spain ramps up with early production - things should start to settle soon.

Girolles
Watch Out - The season has come to an end for the golden Girolle.

The next country to start to harvest is the U.S.A and we are always reluctant to source from so far away at the start of the season.

If you are utilising girolle please start to think about an altenative mushroom. - Mousseron, Trompette are still in good supply
Pine Kernels
There is a Chinese crop issue with pine kernels which has pushed the price up as large volume demand globally causes concern.
