Flowing Fast

Do you ever take that dash of time to step aside and watch as fellow warriors glide without fear, building strength whilst opening an amazing future ahead?

As creative culinarians, we in someways hold addictive personalities as severe dedication pushes our drive for complete perfection to many levels.

Holding skill close to our soul and sometimes not sharing with others as to what makes that most tasty finished dish in case replication can be damaging.

We have all heard the stories of famous cookbooks withholding key ingredients from the dec which deactivates that most perfect finished result.

Sharing, educating and generally letting skills move onto succession is most imperative as by doing so we ensure future culinarians progress carving a far more fruitful future than our own.

Stubbornness never creates a leader, holding things too close only makes a task even harder as you only hold the answer to any problem which may prevail.

Recently, situation arrived which brought these thoughts to the forefront of mind as we soaked in a circumstance which etched our senses. This cryptic pattern of events sent realism through our veins as we watched with open eyes.

Opening your arms to the younger generation brings a huge sense of inclusion as it's often easy to become blinkered to those on their bumpy journey.

Encouraging growth offers happiness, dedication and most of all brings longevity to all around as negative vibe never gets the opportunity to settle.

Read into the above what you may but maybe it's time to let the youngsters run the show...

Large Hands

Turbulent times brings the deepest of thoughts with pathways opening for escape or survival depending upon which mindset you are in at that unfortunate moment.

This past week has seen many touched by impending change with the showcase of a project we have been closely working on for some time.

Finally, the beaming light is bright for all to see as the written word is suddenly turning into speech as verbal voice changes into action with unprecedented speeds.

Alongside a most successful showcase, we have also witnessed the loss, grief and a celebration for an ageing warrior who gave many demanding years offering happiness and total love for all to feel.

As creative culinarians, we are solely responsible for creation, flavour adaption while offering our guests a memory never to be forgotten.

In some ways, it doesn't matter if you spend your minutes in the best 2-star establishment in the land or a self-motivated, hot creative lair in a bustling capital city.

No matter which path chosen your rolling destination is always a creative and most addictive challenge - which can often be misunderstood by others not fortunate to spend time alongside or inside the mind of a chef.

There is no doubt our creative and most spontaneous of brains are a sophisticated place to reside, but having ninja skills of fast reaction, automatic problem solving and the ability to combine flavours to unite while offering experience is completely mind-blowing for some to take in.

One benefit from such remarkable skill is a problem-solving mentality where it's easy to futurise - pinpointing exactly where you should reside or how you can solve the issue at hand.

In a lot of circumstances, while hosting that futuristic ability, it's easy to carve your path of excellence - forgetting many as you march forward to taste that so sweet flavour of perfection alone.

A problem thought hosts a solvable solution, and as creative soles, if you can think of something, there is most definitely always a way to carve a workable process to anything that may spring to mind without warning.

For some, this mysterious presence is difficult to visualise and it's not until firm, stable and workable practises arrive can the inclusion start.

This is by no means negative thinking about the different approach it's cryptic to witness such sporadic speeds of adaption as time most definitely always brings people together in the end.

Some state that having large hands makes it easier to play the piano - This may be correct, but owning small hands doesn't mean it's impossible to master the art of playing also (where is this going)

A piano holds the same amount of keys all playing a different note. The keys never move width, but different hands hold different skill & every finger in the world can play a perfect tune even if to some It doesn't catch their ear.

It's precisely the same in our creative zones where passion, dedication and diverse skillset resides - It's not about singular ambition, surely it's about bringing the team alongside, sharing your dream, so it quickly becomes a reality for all close by.

As soon as the heat is felt the adrenaline combusts bringing complete unity as your team perfect, bringing ownership and full satisfaction.

The skillsets morph as different soles offer different angles but as one bring opportunity to all to taste or play that so lovely and delightful finished tune.

Read into the above what you may as this week is a complete cryptic rundown of a deepened week held but one thing to note - It's simply not about being alone or feeling you don't hold skill, family, friends and a firm foundation is all you may ever need to offer memory and celebration even long after you have gone.

In The Hands

This past week has most definitely flown by with unprecedented speed, as new paths forward and secure plans finally start to crack their way out of a hardened shell.

New methods of inclusion, new technology, new working practises and even new blood have been at the forefront of minds along with all the magical flavours presenting themselves daily.

Taking a step away from the busy lifestyle can often bring a sense of realism but also a glimmer of true inner beauty that hides away in your fellow warriors.

Next time service is tough with heat and frustration gathering take the time to step sideways and peer into actually what is ticking inside each other - It's amazing to see.

Passion, Dedication, Love, Fear, Excitement, Craziness, Understanding, Talent, Adrenaline, Hunger all lay deep inside and rise to the top in such circumstance but its all For Our Love Of Food.

Such a delicate subject to which every living being requires for continuity how it can hold creatures so close is a complete cryptic masterpiece.

Sparks of excitement flew on Thursday as we glided the engine room floor as a new delivery from our close grower arrived.

Eyes lit up like Bunson Burners as instant excitement and love shone so bright you could feal the heat - Love sparks erupted over the most beautiful Romanesco & captured senses with bold delight.

While reflecting in the darkened hours that memory of sheer joy will always stick.

There is no doubt as creative culinarians its easy to take items for granted as the day's turn into week's then months and years. Seasons come and go like a short-lived butterfly and some times sheer beauty and inner flavour never gets the opportunity to present, as you are simply to busy to note.

Time is a challenging piece we have typed about many time before, but a valid holder of leadership is to manage efficiently, bringing succession while offering new options & opening eyes to those beauties that present daily which simply get left behind.

The brain cabbage is a real example - when was the last time you slit through the hardened flesh and took a minute to marvel at such a mysterious inner tissue which is held in suspense all season.

You may think this is slightly crazy, but without that instant visual excitement creative thoughts can sometimes be hard to capture - Excitement & passion no doubt drives our existence in such a busy environment which a kitchen is - Why else would we stand and make polenta mash all day!!!

Empower your team to develop, build on character, teach while being taught, but most of all take that snippet of time to watch their inner beauty shine so very strong.

Wow, that's a tad deep but so very strong and most definitely real, remember everything we do is simply For The Love of Food...

Continued Connectivity

Are you ever off duty, do you ever rest your cells so they can relax and become free from the day to day drive for creative perfection ???

As creative culinarians, we most definitely suffer from a continues drip of contact with the objects of desire which make us tick so very strongly.

Our creative food infused worlds make it challenging to switch your inner self away to relax as every opening of the eye presents bountiful flavours Just waiting to become connected.

It doesn't matter if you are in your domain, out walking the dog or somewhere random like digger-land - Where ever your presence we are surrounded by connective thoughts and a continual drive to hunt out the next best flavour.

Taste and texture drive our minds into overdrive as sporadic thoughts land in the depth of night with new contained ideas waking many from deep sleep - There is no doubt our food infused presence is a demanding place.

People out of our loop sometimes look in puzzled, bewildered by what all the excitement Is about - Not everyone connects the way our creative thoughts attach - for them it could be a UPVC door or even some foundation magnesium which turns their cells into rapid view.

Food is fuel for all, some just to exist but others a passion which excites, drives ambition and continually develops no matter what age.

This past week brought tears to our ducts as the passing of an elderly warrior touched our cells. Although the battle for survival was long with trouble stacked against existence - when the time came to say goodbye arrived it didn't make things any easier.

Deeply embedded love showed its face from connected beings generating tears of sadness but also laughter as past thoughts of happiness came to visit.

Even though time was slipping by food fuelled strength and childhood desire for such tasty treats appeared with demand. Any loss is tragic and most definitely handled in many deepened ways - some show, some hide, some reach straight for the safety blanket for advice but thinking back love and the continued connection is the last thing felt in such tragic of times.

Working in such busy environment which a kitchen is it's easy to slip into addicted work infused mode, paying no attention to the outer world, casting off our loved ones as we become blinkered to everything around as all we think about is our mission for creative addiction and making the best-whipped potato on the planet.

Of course, these areas are of uttermost importance as without we too may slip into the mould of food is just a fuel.

Strengh, commitment and utmost respect for a job are required, but balance, thoughtfulness, presence and most of love is needed by all around to ensure a continued connection to everything we love.

Read into the above what you can as there a few mixed scenarios presenting but take away no matter what happens your presence and wild passion for food are often felt by many bringing thoughtful memories even in the saddest of times.

Weekly Thoughts: Who possibly would glide in here to read a passive collection of extraction in a consecutive string???

Well for those avid followers - who believe it or not is more than many would expect, you are not alone as week on week welcomed eyes glide this page in fact last week saw a crazy 326 slip by.

New readers amongst - This page is like a blog but not a blog in a typical fashion, it's where we land at random times to release thought, capturing memory but most of all somewhere you can slide by more than likely finding situation you can relate to as everything that pumps through our veins is for The Love Of Food.

Falling rain this past week has brought inconvenience for many, as travel plans became fraught, wet clothes, soaking skin and soggy socks came to test patience for all.

Although this sporadic weather hit with force it brings a sense of realism around existence and an imperative lifeline too many things.

As creative culinarians, we are continually catapulted into organised chaos as we battle to create that most perfect service coupled with amazing innovative dishes every day.

This is most definitely a task which challenges cells as a continual drain on resource is felt from every corner of the brigade.

This past week a situation appeared bringing a so very cryptic maze of challenge as combined thought came together to carve exciting plans for all.

A touch of passion, a hint of magic and some groundbreaking ideas brought all together but while witnessing the outcome realism hit.

A busy uncontrollable service can sometimes damage thought to bring negativity to the front of mind as situation etches deep into your existence.

Looking back I can personally remember the day we had 210 covers booked with a flood of orders arriving without control - The team ramped up, then peak service hit & the power went down bringing a grinding halt to all.

Burnt arms, slit fingers even an uncontrollable fire in the fryer due to wet slippage occurred.

Food became stuck, guests didn't appreciate the calamity and to put it bluntly it all kicked off!!!

Eventually we grazed through but thoughts and experience live deep and probably never be forgotten.

In some ways it's easy to dwell on whats scarred, this only fills up momentous cells and offers negative zone to slip back into. Store these memories like a dried daisy in a book, dont lose them forever, extract the good and every so often smell that little daisy - Which although dried will still offer sweet thought and delicate aroma

Disaster hits all at some point, in these situations unite and all that training, skill and professionalism will rise above bringing you out of the ashes just like the Pheonix

This week's thoughts not so cryptic compared to others below (wow) but we are sure some of you can relate - Always extract the good from anything bad as happiness and good vibes will always be remembered.

Enjoy your week ahead...

Reactive Pressure.

Late-night walking has become the norm of late due to darkened evenings rolling into the depths of the night without warning.

For some, a brisk walk can clear the cobwebs, relive opportunity and most definitely bring a sense of space for many, as silence coupled with thought can be a so very relaxing place.

Lately, time has slipped from our grasps, and we have found ourselves in the wild with zero light as navigation is guided by instinct and repetitive path.

It came to our senses that repetition is often a guiding light offering swift, accurate movement and a most polished approach to any daily task; it's so very easy to be derailed.

As creative culinarians, we are continually greeted with jobs that need to be completed with guaranteed success - We can all make those intricate creations without a recipe after a few goes.

The kitchen is most definitely a zone of excitement coupled with tasks that sometimes you don't even know you have done as autopilot takes over ensuring your creative capture can be utilised in other areas.

These tasks are imperative to the smooth running of the kitchen; service becomes silent as forces unite and plates with beautiful food present themselves with ease as repetition takes hold.

A sudden switch of an incident can often cause shock with instantaneous reactive reflects taking hold. In these unplanned situations, the mind connection of others really plays a part as one word can spark an immediate reaction.

Your team instantly know to jump, changing the path and becoming ready even before the words actually finish leaving your tongue.

This combined connection is strong, some may not see it as disbelief takes hold, but relationship and positivity hold many secrets that until tested you never get to witness.

In any crippling situation, a healthy mindset and a calm approach is often the stance which holds a pressurised area together. Some people hold skills of calmness some not so still, but as long as you combine such opposites, you will always come through it together.

Read into the above what you will but remember without that so very close connection you most definitely will be a lonesome warrior.

The Wave

Where on earth can you go, which is so far away from the things which occupy your cells?? Where can you find that space where nobody sees, which in some ways is now from the spoil of noise?

Sometimes escaping to a place of quiet is required to realign, create a new thought or generally find your mind, enabling a sense of calm return before you catapult back into your day.

As creative culinarians, we are thrust into sporadic situations as the service ramps up, and intense pressure appears.

During these deepened times, your brigade often watches in owe as you control the flow of service without even breaking into a chaotic threat.

it would be insane to think that even the strongest don't have those off days or get stuck so deep there is no way to climb out.

as with any interaction, a dulled approach can often rub, causing concern as the air senses changing the environment instantaneously.

This past week our cells were touched by thought around a situation a few weeks back where a sense of sticky sand approached. This scary situation etched the cells even though the light shone brightly once escaped.

During quit space memory of dullness approached, bringing a commitment never to be found with sticky feet ever again.

There is no doubt commitment is required to ensure the return is not possible and with dedicated thought, changed direction & energetic times - that so sticky sand will never be revisited.

Read into the above what you will as its slightly weird, but be mindful that those dull days may arrive and without a change in approach & dedicated thought that joyful and most passionate approach should stay present for all to feel #remaincreativeatalltimes

The Missing

This past week has been a deepened place as long term plans have started to become fruitful. Eventually, that glimmering light from futuristic thoughts starts to arrive for all to see.

Do you ever lie awake at night at that point in the early hours where daylight starts to poke its head through the darkened night choosing that so extraordinary time to bring light to the world bringing visual excitement to all???

This most special time is a space we often find ourselves as we hunt for exciting ideas and often a place we search for those long lost memories as they hide out in that so very close, yet far off place where all the lost things go.

Words can often become confusing as different minds untangle in alternative ways bringing danger to all around.

We are sure everyone has been there when you place written text to communicate in a way you expect but when the reader untangles and quite bluntly gets what many people know as the wrong end of the stick - sticky scenarios can commence...

There is no doubt communication is the most essential factor in everyone's existence. This complex skill everyone holds can create heroes but in a split second also produce instantaneous failure.

The way a message can be portrayed is a powerful thing, and as creative culinarians, we spend countless hours perfecting our creations - In our mind, we know how they look, taste and perform but once written do we expect our guests also to hold the same thought of temptation you expect them to have???

Our kitchen environments are fast, hot and extremely passionate spaces - The skill of dedicated communication is often mastered as your team read every move working in silence with sheer seasonal dedication to their skill.

Tensions flare, as unplanned thought rolls from the open tongue - The art of obtaining best results without force or poor communication is a skill not many hold as it's easy to shed thought at the speed of light.

Damaging text can often be placed by keyboard evils without thought, these characters are forced through angry teeth - regret may soon arrive, but in some cases, the damage has already commenced.

In some ways, it's easy to share anger - expecting an instant result from all around, but surely the more professional and rewarding approach is to fully understand then act in a more educated and incredibly thoughtful manner - bringing the results required every time.

Read into the above what you will as there are a few mixed messages, but one thing to note is thoughtfulness is a skill once mastered can be extremely rewarding for all around.

The Target

As busy creative culinarians, it's extremely easy to lose sight as the challenge of an ever-changing day strikes with unprecedented speed.

tempers flare and short string holding frustration can be snapped with just a simple look from an unguarded colleague.

This flare of rage is often sharded with misguided thought as vents release tension creating a zone of unpredicted stance.

There is no doubt we have all been in this misjudged scenario as that younger generation pricks spines with their uneducated pattern.

This past week has been a time of mindlessness as space arrived for the trusty hazelnut period to develop some most creative thoughts.

Taking a step back to witness a creation or captivated team is a most rewarding thing, and it's not until you take that moment you realise all amongst are aligned and go forward in their own manner.

It's easy to vent, it's even easier to become misguided, but the challenge of inclusion is a skill we all hold making the team feel united no matter at what level they perform.

Bringing people together is strong, looking after their needs is challenging but as futurists dedicated to the season creative culinarians amongst revel at the challenge of creating that so strong team of passionate individuals.

The seasons will change with crazy speed; your followers will adapt as your creative flare enhances, but one thing which is imperative is to maintain that fun, educated and most passionate environment which a kitchen can be.

This demanding environment will bring the future of the trade through the ranks as they carve their skill, finally blossoming into a most fruitful future with plenty of low hanging fruit to gorge on

Be mindful at all times that it's the youngsters amongst who will create the next chapter in your existence with ease - may be offering you a new sense of evolvement and teaching you something along the way.

Your Way Or Mine...

As creative culinarians, we excel in producing masterpieces with total focus and dedication in all we do. It becomes easy to control situation, navigate through dark times as food becomes a drug of complex properties, offering the ability to channel all aspects of your existence into its creation.

A kitchen is an electrifying place bringing challenge amongst every corner and although we often take this in our stride, over time cells mature really showcasing the damage such a fast-paced environment can cause in a short space of time.

Without those amongst its challenging to excel, reaching that so very bright light of satisfaction which everyone craves for. Your team and respect for the season are imperative to ensure together you travel the journey in a smooth and incredible manner.

So many times your ears open to negative vibe as chefs across the land work for the day not looking across to the bigger grasslands which bring a mature and exciting existence.

It's easy for younger minds to drift, becoming less focused on the future but more reactive to the present situation. This tricky spell brings challenge and is possibly why so many terminate their journey early, leaving only the futurists together to carve the final dream.

Focussed drive and passion are essential to get through tough times and by harnessing these small glimmers in our younger teams, can we carve them into future warriors.

Thinking back to our previous life, a young being came to help to harness our future dreams. This young chef lacked in knowledge, drive even flavour connections, but what he did hold was an addicted personality which brought joy to all around.

Over the years, the passion and skill were taught bringing what could only be described as a floating piece of driftwood through each section as together we embraced existence and gave all to make the journey fruitful.

This present day our lump of driftwood is holding his own running an empire overseas, educating many around the Love of Food. Stepping back the journey was tight, and he was most definitely not born to be in a creative lair, but over time he adapted, blossoming on every occasion while never giving up.

This achievement brings our minds total joy to see this floating piece of drift wood turning out to be a magnificent piece of polished oak.

Although overseas his eyes glide through the Refresh weekly as he also pushes the seasonal message to all far and wide - (you know who you are)

Take from the above what you will, but one thing to note with dedication, passion and the ability to learn anyone can blossom to be something amazing

The Lizard...

Wise, gifted and genuinely passionate minds combine to create most glorious seasonal delights, across creative lairs throughout the land (deep) -

Kitchens across the globe are hot, sweaty environments where mental strain quickly occurs. These difficult times place stress on even the strongest of minds, the severe challenge of continuous perfection with repetitive stance strains, even the best. (even deeper)

This past week a touch of shock rattled our cells as vibes from dedicated warriors sunk deep with news of derailment and diminished passion from cells often looked up too.

The future of the hospitality trade remains with the young generation who at this present day don't even realise they are gifted with passionate seasonal thoughts.

In any heated situation, it's easy to open the gates without respect or thought as to what may flood out. Travelling sound can most definitely be interpreted in many ways, and by disregard and sheer lack of thought, damage can instantly occur.

As creative culinarians, we must all remember that very first day we arrived into the kitchen in someways totally naked and mega afraid.

Joy suddenly begins as your weak little cells grab delight in this new mysterious world, just like birth, these memories are more precious than anything known as your kitchen journey begins.

The next decade holds tough times but memories of your first service, first flavour rush and other eventful kitchen joys scratch cells with remain.

Just like early life moments such as those first steps, first word, first kiss, first broken bone all mark and carve your journey and your kitchen journey is precisely the same packed with memorable events.

Let's not forget our early days, remember we all did begin the same nervous, quiet and most of all without knowledge. Passion soon arrives bringing awareness, confidence and blossoming chefs who hold new technique and wonder - It sometimes just takes time.

The younger culinarians are imperative to a future existence, embracement is required ensuring continuity and positive vibes to flow in later times.

The Waffle...

Kitchens are most definitely a creative lair where passion flows as that rush of perfection takes hold — guiding all to that end goal, which often is sitting far in the distance unseen.

There's no doubt that in some people they cant visualise that so powerful beaming light and although this is by no way a downfall the journey to reach this so very sacred place can often be far more exciting than the actual arrival.

As creative culinarians, we thrive on being able to visualise future excitement, enabling that deep creative thought to flow through cells infecting all as they travel.

Our intense trade brings challenging times into our teams as disillusion can quickly arrive, sending negativity throughout the ranks. These thoughts are often touched by many and although whichever path you take during your existence its impossible to dodge such hardened vibes.

Whenever a negative vibe approaches, extremely close by lays a far more positive noise which can often fall onto deafened drums.

The skill in which we hold as chefs to guide and in some instances, perform miracles is often misunderstood. Rapid pace clutches all around and that reactive skillset driving excitement, positivity and extreme dedication can sometimes be lost.

It's our duty as creative culinarians to continually strive to reach that so very sacred perfect place and although often challenging, we must unite and bring our team along on that so very treasured journey.

This past week a troubled sole commented on our weekly thoughts and although slightly puzzled by their creation couldn't quite pinpoint the exact reason for their existence.

Thoughts, in general, are to be shared, resulting in closer relationships, firmer direction and most definitely a more educated existence - Any opinion can be interpreted in many ways - it's not the initial hit of connection that counts, its the seed which is planted & not until germination does it grow into a blossoming tree holding low hanging and so very luscious fruit.

Cut through the above and interpret what you will, but one thing to take away and keep close by for the week ahead is:

The Sparkle

Do you hold that secret space in your mind where progressive thoughts, excitement and forward dreams hang out waiting to launch into fruition at that exact moment capturing maximum focus???

As creative Culinarians it's easy to hold thoughts of future creative flair, new methods of application or needed change - but with such a spontaneous environment of which a kitchen is, that fast paced ever changing workload can stivel progression as reactiveness takes over without control.

Some may say a well-oiled machine doesn't need work but without a continual touch of maintenance, the oil soon drys leaving displaced satisfaction. Those long periods of smooth success soon loose their glamourous edge while clunky negative vibes easily take hold remaining steadfast at the forefront of minds.

Although systems of work exist to help the rapidly changing ship, without those continual tweaks to your brigade, service methodology or even creative flair can often bring decline.

In some ways, it's easy to do something because you know it works - let's use that old apricot dish, or maybe you opt for the same crockery or order the same orders every night as it fits tightly into your routine.

There is no doubt a need for these regimented routines but sometimes lifting thoughts outside of the stock pot and taking hold of something new can bring rapid satisfaction to all around.

New methods of work, new connections, spontaneous purchases all can often bring sheer joy, creating sparks of intense passion amongst your team - These sparkles are easy to capture bringing longevity to those amongst us as that sense of instant inclusion occurs.

It's easy to draw old thoughts becoming bitter as necessary change isn't embraced - By bringing that sense of inclusion in a drip-fed process will most definitely change mindset when the time becomes right for adaption.

Core products, systems, methodology all exist but without that sparkle of something new the dreaded flat line will most definitely visit quicker than expected.

These exciting moments bring a challenge to all - ”How do we handle these short life items - we can't possibly achieve that finished flavour” - Challenge will always arrive, and the easy option is to stop something and slip back into the old routine.

Embrace the new let's add that touch of sparkle into all our lives as Creative culinarians we exist to educate whilst bringing tasty results to all who witness our flair.

Some instantly understand our paths, others take time to get their cells around your passion, and some don't give space even to consider your future dreams - building walls or exit plans.

This challenge is in everything we do, and unless you are steadfast and confident that your dream of fulfilment is real, you simply have nothing to worry about.

Read into the above what you will as many messages flood from the typed loose words, but one thing you should never do is remove that sparkle away as those amongst will most definitely suffer.

Is The Light Brighter???

Take a second to cast your mind back over the years taking note of all the contacts and different characters your creative account you may have engaged with throughout your culinary journey.

This may take some time as we tried this task the other morning during that so very calming moment when the dark transforms into light.

The list may be long as faces start to float back into vision as you cast your cells into those distant moments of joy, horror and more than likely times of reactive organised chaos.

Personal contact is often intense as sound minds unite to perfect that journey from day to day, but often than not those friendly faces float off becoming fallen heroes.

A quick visit to a shrine for fallen heroes the other day brought back memories of those who floated Into my culinary excitement over the years. A trusted meeting zone was a place to grab a quick 5 minutes to realign cells and finally breath - this sacred place became the marking zone for the fallen to be named and although time has moved, the list continues to grow.

Im not going to fib, a tear of joy found its way to the front of sight as the list had been continued throughout the generations of creative culinarians who found their cells committed to the cause of excellence in this most incredible establishment.

The faces reappeared as memories flooded back and forgotten thoughts soon returned. The task of figuring out why each sole left promptly arrived. Some most definitely broke, others drained as they craved for alternative excitement and some even hunted that greener grass which was often yellow after a time.

It's easy to become blind to the positive vibes as internal mindset takes over shrouding all with its dark cloth - Those with strong, firm and creative thought can often see-through this darkened time as light and excellence beams bright, but some grab that close glimmer without thought and dash.

There is no doubt that list of fallen heroes will keep growing but firm in the mind of its creators is that if those unfortunate cells were touched with excitement, passion, education and positive drive hopefully they moved to a greener lawn which didn't fade too quickly in the light.

Read into the above what you will but be mindful cells will drift in and soon out - As long as they leave as polished oak your job has been achieved.

Deep Thinker

Working in fast-paced, reactive and sometimes mind-bending environments which kitchens are can be a struggle for many. Cells collide while journeying through the many hours of service and spontaneous events that pop up throughout our creative days.

The minutes easily slip into hours, hours in days and days roll into months crescendoing into years without notice - before long that longevity and most driven stance can be quickly eroded as thoughts of missing time and ageing bones take toll.

For any job in our great world, the team is the only thing that carries you to that so very sweet glory in which we consistently strive towards. Without that joined up and dedicated approach, oppertuntiy can quickly arrive bringing divide and in some cases negativity amongst the strong.

In times of pressure, its imperative guidance is reliable, ensuring the corrective measure is actioned as the smooth sailing ship continues to cut through the storm with great vigour.

There is no doubt feeling that sense of inclusion no matter where you are or what job you do in life, makes excellent headway in ensuring happiness amongst.

The divide will always occur no matter how hard you try and keep things afloat its not the ability to survive in times of danger the skill lies in the ability to carve a strong and resilient team, ensuring stormy and ageing scenes are quickly missed as the steady sailing ship is diverted to bypass danger.

This skill of guidance comes from open thought, inclusion and a most deviant drive for success - As creative culinarians, we hold the tremendous creative ability to react and survive to become stronger than ever before.

A bonded team can't last forever as cells divide, age and health take a toll, but with a careful plan of succession creative thoughts and dedicated drive continues as new and exciting ideas are gathered by the younger and most definitely important generation following with great stance.

Give your team maximum pleasure, great rest and that so extreme challenge, making sure longevity and sheer enjoyment is felt by all, daily - The younger generation is, without doubt, the next best thing

Do The Right Thing...

This past week brought rumbling sounds for many to hear - Thunder clapped, and liquid sunshine prevailed as night creatures across the land darted for cover startled and somewhat damp.

Although deep commotion occurred, not many creative minds would have witnessed the disturbance, as rapid eye movement took place & cells recharged from the previous busy hours of service.

The day's tick by while hours move at rapid speed, sucking all minds into an endless vortex of change - Many amongst us whirl round & round as existence starts to rapidly slip by without notice - Before you know it another year passes by and all of a sudden life is disappearing without note.

Although often neglected our environments us as creative culinarians work in are all governed by mother nature, and although recognised, the importance of making sure future environmental success is possible is sometimes neglected.

Without a doubt, change takes time, but time evapourates with rapid speed, so adaption is quickly possible. Once committed, change can impact many, and it's our duty as creative culinarians to drive forward with doing the right thing in any circumstance, especially where our environment is challenged.

One change has an unprecedented succession to many around and with just small thought, and alternative habit can easily reap colossal success and the ultimate reward

Next time you're faced with a choice always take the right action, ensuring future environmental success for all.

The next generation is key to this ongoing change in habit, and our instant action is needed to educate all to do the right thing, so our very cherished environments are here for all to enjoy.

Change Your Tone

Walking in the early hours one-day last week brought a sense of startle.

Paths in which we walk often can easily become safe areas of travel as minds relax & autopilot takes over your ride gliding you into destination safely.

That sense of mindlessness quickly occurs as you drift along the well-travelled route, clear-headed and often unaware of scenarios building around.

The early shuffle with nature is a sacred place for our cells, bringing thoughtful times - As for most creative culinarians amongst us having that period of an original thought can often be very rewarding.

This particular day or hazelnut time was quickly broken by a loud rustle and shocking visions of a humongous being right in front of our cells. Unknown as we drifted along the travelled path a gentle giant was waiting, anxiously gauging movement before instinct took over.

A slight brush amongst the brambles startled said giant and all of a sudden we were eye to eye at extremely close distance - Instantaneous panic struck as both surprised by the actions of the each other gave what seemed to be a long period of gaze as each waited to witness the others move.

Owl disturbance occurred, and instinct in the beast took hold as the great beauty was soon to dart into the darkened distance to safety.

As creative culinarians, a sense of realism is always a guiding light to future reward as it's impeccably natural to go through existence along the same path each working hour. The same job, done the same way, brings consistency without a doubt but in every presence once shocked, you quickly react to change, often bringing new ideas and options to mind.

Changing mindset, it can be challenging but its not always the method or suggested path which is not embraced it could be merely the way it's communicated, which is clouding judgement.

A quick change in voice or shock of realism can often produce a shocking reality, and slanted cells often align without even noticing.

This rapid change of approach brings opportunity for all giving results exceptionally quickly.

Read into the above what you will, but we are sure at some point within your creative lair a quick change of voice often gets the message across with more precise sound.

On the Journey...

During a most deepened hazelnut period the other morning whilst out in the wild hunting for inspiration and the odd wild edible!!!- It quickly became apparent that minds of all angles work alongside each other, sometimes in tandem, sometimes on a path to own existence but without a driving force and guiding light its easy for alternative destination to occur.

Ideas, excitement, planning all bring a challenge to all around - dreams can often be seen in great detail by open minds, but it's easy to feel puzzled as change becomes a matter of confusion for some closed cells amongst.

As creative culinarians, it is our duty to continually change as we innovate for all around to benefit while mother nature offers challenge and sometimes very little planning.

Reactiveness is always a great skill to host, and as our food inspired minds work, we thrive on a last-minute challenge. This most always brings a sense of achievement but for some a feeling of complete blindness as they simply get swept up in a fast-paced service.

Creative thoughts are a force for continual change as the same day to day challenge quickly become stagnant. Culinarians thrive on pressure, change, and that buzz of achievement when we pull off a fantastic performance - This is totally normal for our food led cells but for others amongst it can easily blow minds and backward track can quickly become evident.

This time of year brings many challenges as small, snappy flavours arrive then instantly disappear into that seasonal blackhole - its easy to try and capture these all yourself and pull people along with your creative thoughts but the smarter angle could be to offer a showcase of excitement for others to express their seasonal drive.

A true Delifresh Warrior created a platform for his team where every week they have a brief showcase to express their seasonal desire - This brought rapid excitement, shock, laughter and of course some most amazing creations being born from the back of this 30-minute slot of involvement.

A culinarian team work alongside - guided by a bright light, working hard, becoming addicted to perfection while creating drive and commitment. The skill is to capture all bringing them on your journey but equally offering inclusion and that sense of involvement giving an opportunity to voice and showcase as we all travel around the changing season together.

Time Healer

As creative culinarians, our drive to succeed is extremely strong; our driven personalities are addictive, steadfast and in most cases, extremely resilient to abuse.

There is no doubt in every creative lair across our land complete dedication thrives as minds push bodies to the edge of sometimes extinction.

This drive is often challenging to capture & control as culinarians push their bodies and minds to gain that thrill of fast-paced mindset and most addictive thrill of complete satisfaction.

With overpowered minds, rest is imperative to recharge and repair cells with those close by - who more than often get slid to one side while driven success is chased.

The old saying that time heals many is so very accurate - Taking time away can bring deep thought but once you slip through the crack into rest - recharge occurs, making stronger thoughts, added driven ability and creative power stronger than ever before.

Time healers amongst us do exist they are often overlooked and sometimes not even listened to, but the truth they speak is so very real.

Take time to recharge, top up your creative reservoir until its overflowing so upon return you can unleash more powerful and creative flair than ever before.

Sudden Realism

This past week has been a rollercoaster of a ride with severe excitement and news from all angles.

In our creative lares, we often lose track of time as the hour's glide by with little warning - We have all been there when you start prepping at 9 am and suddenly the noon rush appears and you have forgotten to get the mash on!!!

Working in such a fast paced environment which a kitchen is, is definitely a challenge as we continually get sucked into that vortex of time when minds drift and become overfocussed and somewhat neglecting.

In these pressured times one thing we often do is totally overlook our health as we push our culinary enthused bodies to the edge - working 23.5 hours a day, 3 hours off a week and eating countless calorific foods to sustain existence.

Sleep is no doubt a healer but without our deep thoughts around our internal working parts, we are in sudden danger of not being as active both physically or mentally for all to benefit from.

A culinary warrior who for decades committed every drop of sweat to our industry and the seasons around fell ill a while back - In typical creative culinarian fashion, battle commenced to wage war on the evil inside.

A painstaking scrabble instilled as cells diverted and for a period the war was won, bringing health and reassurance back to all close by.

Recently the evil within returned, creating situation amongst all around as slowly the pain revealed - The battle has reborn with vigorous force although the outcome this time may never be a victory.

This bone shaking news brings deep thought to all as those easy worries around making sure you have that latest gadget, a MASSIVE dwelling, the latest pacojet or those materialistic dreams of fast cars and golden ice pops suddenly become derailed and nonsense as a sense of realism sets in from such tragic news.

Realism is a strong thing, bringing circumstance to the forefront, simply showcasing that although dreams and cravings are so very real, often the easy things to capture can be severally overlooked as they seem less important to frontal thought...

There is no doubt lingering in the back are thoughts about family, health, choice & contentment but why does it take such shocking news to spark them forward

Be mindful of all around, dream and conquer but most of all respect the time we have as in a lot of ways it's limited and often neglected for those close by.

We wish our fellow creative comrade a relaxed and strong time ahead - You are a true inspiration and your passion for life is so very warming for all to feel. Be Strong and steadfast in every step along your journey leaving marks for all to see. Your message of love, courage and passionate vibe is most definitely concrete and so very powerful for many to see - You are continually in our thoughts chef.

Clouded Judgement

A matter of decision is a powerful thing us as beings hold.

Some create spontaneous decision quickly not allowing the outcome to overcast their path, others take time to syphon and carefully tred their route - whilst some amongst our lands are firm and steadfast in a concrete decision not allowing anything to derail their given drive.

Every living entity has a gift of choice, this powerful offering can lead to a so very fruitful result but in some cases can lead to self-destruction so very quickly.

As creative culinarians we are continuously confronted by culinary decision making - Hot pan do I touch it (Ouch) That rolling lobster is it time to lift (don't overcook it) Order on - do I listen or run the risk of cut off.

The decisions needed to survive in our creative lairs are many and it's not until you take a step sidewards out of the box (think about that) You actually realise every decision made either create stardom in our culinary world, medium pleasure or total failure in our guest's eyes.

Some times, once a decision is set it's extremely hard to break even though it's possibly not the correct choice made.

Vision, voice and all noise around can be blocked from interpretation as no matter what is projected the only way forward is to hold steadfast in that initial thought even though the decision is possibly a clouded one.

The other night while in the wild the need for decision arose - For years we have trained our senses to navigate through the wilderness without light as hours of carving the same track etched cells and removed the need for thought.

Guiding dependant followers through the darkness bring responsibility & courage but you become at ease as you navigate that often walked path.

Upon this occasion spontaneous decision was required as the land had changed without warning - firm in the quickly actioned choice navigation derailed the given route.

The path continued in unchartered territory but no matter how many times the followers screamed we are going the wrong way steadfast prevailed to a quick descent into a boggy wet end.

This troublesome but laughable occasion remained in our cells just showing no matter what decision is created there is always an alternative route just maybe giving an opportunity of safety or showing you that your given choice was, in fact, the wrong one.

Read into the above as you will but either way always choose wisely, taking in opinion but don't become clouded and judgemental, unite and work with others to decide the so very fruitful route onwards which will impact all around.

Thoughts for the week ahead:
The quality of decision is like the well-timed swoop of a red kite which fast-paced & determined decision skills enables strike and capture with success every time.

Trepedation...

Fear of the unknown is always around, some tackle this, so very worrying period with stance as others pick cells until they find alternative route either around or straight through the middle of the situation.

As creative culinarians, we are continually thrust into rapidly changing circumstances bringing our gifts of sporadic thought and future visual awareness to all around.

Maybe it's a casual diner who ruffles our plans of the ultimate service with a crazy request like they want a blue cooked egg!!!

It could even be a change to the season which catches our thoughts, but the trepidation as to what our guests may think to your creative touch rattles your cells.

There is no doubt, the ever-changing environment a kitchen is you must be adaptable to alternate your mindset at a rapid pace.

Once a thought is germinated it's so tough to stem its growth, and it's even harder to manipulate its direction. With continual commitment, your vision will be embraced, and others amongst our senses will cling tightly as you guide them to your so very bright beaming light.

Menu creation brings challenge though, excitement and the dreaded black hole of mindlessness as overactive bursts of creative awareness are required at all times.

We are sure many have witnessed this challenging period which can be overpowering as some glide through with ease, some search for realism and others implode, struggling to create on demand.

Whichever way you tackle this tricky task, the hunt for inspiration is mostly at the top of your pile - these little flickers of thought spark idea, excitement and pure creation enabling that so very delightful sweet treat of completion.

Along your journey its imperative not to become lonesome though, grab your fellow beings and guide their minds with you as thoughts unite sparking reignition and unity amongst all on your journey.

Being part of a team is your biggest asset; together you can drive excitement, future proof plans while that twist of culinary teaching enables many.

Stale thoughts come and soon disappear, don't disregard these - share the results, spread the passion and battle hard to regerminate so all can feel your so very warm and creative glow. #DEEP

Over Thinking...

Have you ever done something you so very much regret ???

Maybe you slipped in some chicken stock into the beef stock and got caught, accidentally scorched a fellow warriors arm in a shear speed burn - totally by accident of course!!! Or possibly made that so very dreadful mistake of concocting lumpy pomme mousseline before service and tried to get away with it...

There is no doubt in such a busy environment that our creative lairs become, things most definitely happen.

The chance to apologise or opportunity to erase from our cells occurs but often those straggling thoughts lay behind in minds bringing confusion or erratic judgement in future times.

A fast-paced service brings opportunity to showcase organised skill, manoeuvrability, thought tracking and those silent mind reading skills us as creative culinarians are total ninjas with.

One thing we all know that in such a pressurised environment tempers rise and frustration gathers pace when the service ship seems to be sailing against the tide. This small window of racing anxiety can easily bring opportunity for these deeply touched cells to rise to the surface and bite back from previous prickly situations.

Those amongst our energetic cells sometimes find it difficult to forget - It's often easy to slip skin becoming a new entity but those deeply embedded memories linger which prove extremely difficult to heal.

Along our journeys as creative culinarians its easy not to forgive, erasing those moments that prickled your senses as you harbour them for a later stage - We are sure you will agree though that there isn't enough time to be judgemental anymore as the days seem to race by with unprecedented speed.

Embrace your team whilst working closely together, so cells across each section can easily become united and so very spontaneous. Being strong together ensures an opportunity to forgive is present if someone accidentally slips up.

Read into the above what you will but never forget the sheer power of forgiveness and the joy which this can bring for both, resulting in a far more creative environment for all around.

So Close But So Far

Some amongst us have the ability to see into the future with such a creative flare their vision is so very clear to them.

Others strategically push their minds in a stepped approach or float on the ride as their reactiveness enables self-improvement.

As creative culinarians we are continually tasked with development - This deep yet misunderstood word by many can bring a challenge to the smooth running of a team.

Time moves rapid, weather hits and causes carnage with the season, derailment occurs along our journey but one thing the development of our food, the progression of our team and the stability of our cells is all harnessed by your creative thoughts.

It's sometimes easy to see a vision, but with obstacles in the way reaching that so very sweet tasting end goal can be a challenging mission.

This past week our cells crossed an old friend whose life was changed rapidly while his role as a creative culinarian imploded without notice.

This derailment caused a gap in sense, but this eternal warrior thought hard to jump back on the track, taking time to clean thoughts and then progressed to carving a new existence in alternative company around.

It's immense to witness progression, its even more mind-bending to see something strongly but not have that opportunity to become vocal.

Without a voice its hard to communicate but with tongue and no platform its difficult to be heard.

Our dedicated creative teams hold ideas, thoughts around improvement, and can challenge all for the best progression in mind - Do you offer a creative vocal platform in your kitchen where ideas can be shared ???

Operation Blue Sky is passed through the trade as those involved found time to release for others to witness their creativeness weekly. This somewhat challenging time of showcase developed many minds in ways they didn't even know - It brought sophisticated results, challenge, but most of all involvement and extremely creative resulting ideas.

One thing for sure the eternal warrior above will so very much be hosting these creative thinking sessions during their new opening as they carve a route for progression and involvement for all around.

It's so very heartwarming to see the fight, determination & thoughtful stance in a young being, it's all about the Blue Sky moments - let's release those creative thoughts amongst us and progress together for seasonal stardom.

Looking For One Thing

Inclusion is a most demanding word.

Some beings like to feel that continuous pulse of involvement, some shy away from those engaging scenarios as the battle alone to their bespoke destination.

There is no doubt that the inclusive feeling of being part of a team is a benefit to all as strength, stamina and positivity easily develop.

Where there are positive vibes it’s easy for negative scenarios to develop with stance.

As Creative culinarians, our busy kitchens are sliced into sections, but without unity, it’s easy for soles to slip down those so very deep rabbit holes with no easy way of return.

This rapid decline brings confusion and in some cases a rupture in a calm sailing ship, as sections disjoin and begin to sink during service.

It only takes a negative vibe to derail a Saturday night causing carnage in peak time just by simply not joining your continual force of connection. This derailment is difficult to foresee and comes at you with unprecedented speeds and no doubt you will have witnessed this before.

Some say communication is the key to a smooth kitchen we don't disagree but, immense unity is a far stronger bond.

The constant deconstruction and rebuilding scenario a kitchen goes through becomes troublesome for some. As culinarian guidants it's our duty to be your team's strength and leader at all times, enforcing this so very important inclusive vibe.

Lets embrace, continually develop bonds between people but most of all invigorate minds across your settlement making sure enjoyiment and creative flare are ripe and ready for a fruitful season ahead.

Lost But Never Forgotten...

We all do it, some don't know it - but we all have a period in our day where our minds sink into creative thought as it tries to divulge the day's events whilst planning for the subconscious future ahead.

Some meditate to benefit from this period, some find time with nature and others try not to spare any time letting their cells unravel their busy thoughts on thier lonesome.

One period which really helps is always that silent few hours in the deepest of the night just before the morning light rises to greet the day ahead.

This sacred period gives time and space where thoughts drift back to what you used to know, touching those people who may have disappeared without trace or those moments that etched our memory so extremely deep.

This short period is where you can search for the place the lost things seem to go, remaining unfound although never really that far away...

This week our creative cells have been ignited with flavours, textures, deep thoughts around change and most damagingly news of someone close by been taken without any warning!!!

It's so very easy to abuse time, not respect space, forget family, push friends afar and easily sink into a tunnel of focus as our creative senses drive forward with the blinkers firmly active.

We must always respect our senses and most of all those of others, never push your health both physically or mentally as without this you cant create, never mind reach those longed-for dreams whilst witnessing the sheer beauty that's in exsistance all around us daily.

Taking time to capture those items which come and go without warning is something that if you respect you will most definitely benefit from - Offering support to others amongst us and respecting our daily challange is always completely rewarding in so many ways and we should all respect this active challange.

Our jobs as creative culinarians are most definitely a challenge in our so very demanding world, but our personal existence along with the health of our team should without doubt be always at the forefront of our minds.

This week will bring countless new additions to your senses, creating flavour memories for you and those around enabling you to dig them out of that so very special place where the lost things tend to end up - although things hide out in this deep place pretending to have dissappeared by not just be on here on hand when required they are never too far away from your thoughts you just have to find them.

Step Aside...

Creative minds work at alternative paces which can often bring frustration never mind the odd clash of confusion.

As creative culinarians, we are continually striving to adapt to our rapid environments. Service greets us with an ever-changing set of circumstances as day to day the challenges increase and differ vastly from the last.

Those around our beings are continually pulled and pushed to adapt and whilst on that so very important learning curve it's often minding damaging the amount of change our colleagues have to intake.

A sudden swerve of information or alternative rapid method can derail cells as it’s easy to do what’s a proven way of success, sometimes becoming blinkered to a faster more adaptable incoming change.

The younger generation often has the answers and extremely eager to adapt to becoming more dynamic as the adrenaline flows through veins at rapid speeds.

It’s often easy to cast away those invigorating ideas as success has always been possible the way things have always been done - but sometimes it may be best to step aside & encourage, whilst engaging these so very creative minds, which will no doubt bring an approach never witnessed before!!!

Maybe the more rewarding place to be is as a guide bringing empowerment to those around as the younger generation take the show.

Our kitchens are no doubt demanding places we must ensure we energise these minds releasing thoughts, whilst building a structured ladder of evolvement for our teams.

Each step on our journey is important - let's make those around come into our team as driftwood but always leave as superior polished oak.

Sweet Thing...

Decision making is a thing that hits our minds every minute of the day - Do we add that extra pinch of salt, slip that meaty piece of cod into the pan now, is it even hot enough yet??

What about that decision around has the time come to switch off your senses and check your eyelids for holes (weird)

Creative minds excite over change, added drive and expectancy to your day can multiply the joy of being awake, it can also push your mind into overdrive not giving you much time for rest or anything else becoming an ultra fine line of balance.

Some thrive making decisions in the heat becoming reactive to change, their minds bulge while holding thoughts of the future as they can easily feel the belief and unseen goal.

There is never a bad decision made, the secret is to decide in the correct manner - Often minds take time to complete a decision as they battle with their thoughts, some instantly become reactive to change and some decisions are made united to enable vivid premonition.

Either way, a decision made will give an instant reward or an alternative fork in your journey where a conscious thought must be made to carve additional routes.

Whichever seasonal choice is taken to add that hit of excitement, fulfilment or added benefit into your creations make sure you create the outcome with people in mind.

Don't leave others swimming frantically as they struggle to keep their head afloat while you continually change. Kick your legs hard so they too can feel your seasonal pulse gathering their excitement and drive, you will quickly find them swimming alongside you to that so very prosperous end goal.

Alternative minds create their own path to your destination, your creative drive may have arrived you there extremely early, but don't decide to sit and wait for your team to arrive later.

Jump back into the water and boost energy with hits of seasonal choice, ensuring that their arrival into your far away coast is so very fruitful.

Welcome them with a feeling that the choice they took together in arriving via the path they did was the correct one, although subconsciously guided by you.

Intemperance

Do you ever find yourself in that hectic moment when many shout your name with no concern as to what your cell arrangement may actually be at that very second ???

Lying awake in that most special time just between the dark and morning light can often bring such respectful silence, a good time to think as you search for those lost things that just slip away from your day to day thoughts.

As creative culinarians, it is our duty to be there for everyone just at that precise moment they require our skills. One issue which often arises is that although we are busy in many areas, our teams can often neglect their thoughts and pounce as a problem which instantly affects their smooth rolling day becomes an instant confusion.

Maybe it’s a leaking stock pan, a light on the pass has broken, what about those annoying times when the cling film double wraps and won’t come free.

Many things throughout our existence in the kitchen begin to test our ability to manage and perfect our skills but the respect for time Is a power which is tricky to teach.

Time never runs dry it’s a vortex in space where it continually drives forward with absolutely no way of return.

Every mind has precisely the same amount of time as each other, the trick around becoming proactive with our gift is not challenging - Making others aware and respectful of your precious ration Is a complex masterpiece.

Make time to develop, learn & educate ensuring proactiveness portrays but most of all give time to your team, respecting their pressures hopefully enabling them to see your goals and respect your ongoing ration but passionate drive for overall success for everyone.

That deep craving sending you suddenly hunting around for a quick fix injection of sweetness to hopefully keep hunger at bay.

Unable to satisfy your senses as sweet notes are simply not to hand brings frustration, which makes you desperate to sink your teeth into some soft, sweet, fruity flesh.

A craving situation can suddenly halt all senses as your mind only focusses on that very ingredient even when you can't actually have it.

Desperation to fulfil your needs takes its toll on cells making you reach for the very first thing that comes along to fulfil your dream.

Easy pickings of low hanging fruit often becomes totally unrewarding when the true flavour hit is hiding higher up the tree waiting for its correct time to shine!!!

As creative culinarians, we are continually searching for that inspirational hit, gearing our brains to progress and combine flavours carefully to excite all that taste.

It's extremely easy to find that shortcut that may come to greet, gaining time whilst saving your cells from malfunction or capturing a flavour way before its correct seasonal showcase which will gain you maximum effect.

As creative culinarians, we continually develop our skills for maximum performance and overall greater impact on all that indulge in our creations.

This most creative drive can often bring challenge as we cast our thoughts deep into the future highlighting that so very bright reward shining in the distance which sometimes no one else can see!!!

The ongoing mission to showcase what could be achieved is a difficult challenge as others around your existence become sucked into a busy vortex obsessing on finishing their daily goals.

The busy services arrive and the seasons' flood by with so many creative ideas & flavours touching your team, but many missed as minds become reflective as items easily ricochet away.

That extremely shiny reward still in focus but out of reach contains your mission, it still sits patiently as it waits for you to gather momentum building the blocks you need in order to map out a path of arrival.

Writing a menu can sometimes be like this as we sit projecting the future trying to balance, visually perfect and ghost taste what simply isn’t available yet.

The pressure of completion soon takes its prisoners as creative blockage can suddenly occur.

The challenge of onboarding your team to join you on your journey is so very difficult giving them a vision of the future is sometimes harder than anyone expected.

The shiny reward will always exist as new challenges build and past icebergs melt giving your mind an ongoing vision for the future.

The task is to step by step complete each mission, learn, educate and most of all bring on your team so they too can enjoy all the seasons have to offer.

Do you find yourself suddenly realising things have arrived and then become despondent about how you missed their arrival?

It could be those cheeky snowdrops appearing without a whisper, that most miraculous carrot arriving in your delivery which shocks you by its beauty and flavour, or that time you suddenly realise you have missed so much time as people around you grow far too quickly.

Our lives as creative culinarians come to test our ability to hold time, to be proactive with our outlook. Most of all though challenge our reactiveness with short snappy arrivals and situations that fire into us without warning to test our senses.

We strive to perfect our skill as we work at maximum speed professionally and with ultimate organisation - But one thing we do daily is we have to predict the future, as we all make educated guesses as to who will order what from our menus before every service.

Nobody can correctly predict to the second what could happen tomorrow, or if the day ahead is going to bring joy or most profound sorrow or even perfect sales.

Don't get stuck in a hole deep and embedded in darkness with nowhere to turn when it goes wrong. Keep your eyes open, you can easily see a world with busy folk not taking time to witness all around - Not caring about what they have missed or the people so close, as all they do is plough efforts into their existence without a thought for others.

One seed can be tossed into dampened soil which can quickly grow into a shooting flower reaching for a sky which is glowing. Pray for rain but it may not arrive, you could try and save the day but it may be too late and rather than trying to save everything, why not become thoughtful and reactive so you can save something small or even someone.

An outgoing, connected and creative mind will guide you through tough times bringing a strong direction as to where you are going - The trick is to conduct those close to you onto your journey so they too can enjoy a fruitful ride.

Thoughts for the week ahead:
At times, we need to stop and rethink everything. Our entire history is made up of people who were sure they knew the truth, yet forgot that the truth has an annoying tendency to change without us noticing it.

The Moment

There is no doubt that its easy to forget your creative drive when your deep in various scenarios which may come to test your senses throughout your working week.

It's easy to lose your way and find yourself deep in fog so dense you can't even feel fear anymore.

We have all been there when service demands every cell and the last piece of energy you may be holding onto - that drain from the ticket machine hurts your head as those orders carry on to plough in and you just seem to tread water without actually getting anywhere.

All of a sudden the great divide over the pass brings a distant light, and the board clears, and your life can commence.

Have you ever had one of those days that make your cells hurt with overactivity ???

Our intensive jobs as creative culinarians come to test our abilities to multitask, as every minute of the day we get forced to think on the spot and more than anything be that team member that we all strive to be.

The bond we have with our work families is imperative to ensure our creations make it to the customer in peak fitness, but also to enable progression and happiness for all we touch throughout our working lives.

Scenarios most definitely come to test us throughout our days as its easy to take that so very quick route to try and get the job finished quicker than usual.

A wise chef once told stories of a king who placed an empty pan slap bang in the middle of the doorway to the kitchen in his most magnificent castle,

The king sat and watched from afar as many just simply slid past without care, this most annoying object was really in their way but nobody picked the thing up!!!

After a while, the busy staff started losing their tempers around this rouge pans existence as it was now really causing a nuisance.

Still, nobody picked it up, nobody even slid it to one side, they just kept hopping around it as if it wasn't deemed their responsibility to move it - Why was it even there???

The king wasn't shocked, he sat there eating chicken legs and drinking white chocolate drinks (really) as he waited patiently for someone to simply do the right thing.

Time ticked on and just after the carpet cleaners lunch a local lad appeared for his shift in the Well room. To get to his duties the Well puller had to walk through the busy kitchen which he looked forward to every day, as those intensive smells excited his senses tenth fold.

As he arrived he noticed the annoying pan in the doorway, without a thought he picked it up and moved it to one side. Once lifted he noticed a parcel which was hiding under there waiting for someone to find it - He slowly opened the corner and peaked inside, his eyes caught glimpse of a note saying - Finders Keepers!!!

Puzzled, he investigated more to find a stash of gold coins enough so he wouldn't have to work in the Well room for many months to come.

The king soon arrived to congratulate the young lad on his find and for simply doing the right thing.

He scurried off with the king's blessing and didn't have to work for 6 whole months, he treated his family and even bought a cat with his treasure, he lived this time like a generous and most thoughtful king.

Thoughts for the week ahead: The truth is that you always know what the right thing is to do, the hard part is actually doing it, but those who take time and care great things will most definitely always arrive.

Sleepless Minds

The continual rush and excitement around our lives as creative culinarians is so easy to get sucked into.

We have all been there when you suddenly surface and realise its April and you haven't booked any time off for the future weeks so you can reset your cells.

That trusty old saying of how time flies is so very true and its easy for our outer lives to be totally taken for granted.

There is no denying our trade is a hot place to be, the days easily roll into weeks and before you know it Christmas is arriving once again leaving you with thoughts Oh no I missed the Gooseberry season!!!

Working in such a fast-paced and creative environment can only mean one thing we all need to take the time to rest our cells and reset our bodies enabling the very best results can be achieved at all times.

Sleep is a delicate thing and can often be hard to perfect as our creative cells can easily take over as you lay awake hunting for that place where the lost things often go.

Those most creative ideas appear when we are often not expecting it and for some, this actually happens at night.

We communicated with a true warrior the other day who told a story of how his most famous ideas can often materialise in the early hours.

Although sleep deprived at times this continual search for ideas can drain your cells extremely easy.

If you are ever laid awake at night as you search for that last piece of jigsaw or try your best to recreate a childhood flavour memory - Just log onto your weekly refresh as you simply can't catch all this inspirational information in one weekly glide and it’s exaists especially for you!!!

Hesitation

Have you ever had a niggly thought that won't disappear??

One of those rumbles that rolls deep in your brain telling you something around what you are trying to achieve isn’t just quit right.

Maybe the flavour profile of a new dish isn’t just correct, and you just can't get it to that critical point you so very require, maybe its that plan of attack for a change of layout in the kitchen engine room but you push back when it comes to the crunch to start the move...

As creative culinarians, our brains are most definitely over reactive with thoughts around continual improvement and we hold great inner skills which drive perfection in all we do.

It's easy for these instances to stop us dead in our tracks.

It's often hard to isolate that very reason as to what's holding you back from finishing that new creation or the big move. More times than not it's our inner creative senses telling you something is not just right which slams on the brakes.

Time heals many things and more than not gives you periods of thought where the answers to these very important projects get worked out without us even knowing. It's easy to stop everything in your tracks, it's even easier to just reroute and work on the next challenge forgetting the burning things left behind.

More often than not the sudden braking gets released and you etch out a new way to tackle the complication, perfecting the end result in ways you never even dreamed of.

These instances come to challenge our senses, it’s the way we tackle the hesitation and sudden stoppage which makes the end result far more creative and even more rewarding for everyone than ever before.

Thoughts for the week ahead:
A test of peoples greatness is their humility. By humility, we don't mean doubt of their powers or hesitation in speaking their opinion, but merely an understanding of the relationship of what they can say and what they achieve...

Gone - But Not Forgotten

Have you ever laid awake at night in that so very still time between the dark and morning light that little period when the sun is just starting to beam through the darkness to bring the imminent day ahead?

This period is a time where searching for the things you used to know may keep you from sleep as you hunt for the place where those lost things hideout.

This past week has brought sad times for many as several people close to the seasons left us all behind as they ventured on to the place to hide until we catch them up.

As creative culinarians we venture forward day by day ploughing our efforts into continual improvement, being there for our team and most importantly being available for our customers when required.

This continual commitment is a strong mindset to have, but as we all know its so very easy to forget about the most important thing of all - Our own personal health.

We must mention a true seasonal legend here who has only just put down his sacred tools and decided to put his feet up after 30 years + of continual commitment, creative drive and true inspirational input into one (yes one) kitchen for such a long time.

This man has seen countless bodies glide by this kitchen and only few have made their mark - But his personality and passion has created a mark on every single one of them!!!

We can't even start to think about how many services this inspirational man has been through over his creative journey, never mind how many gallons of lobster sauce, hollandaise, STP, blocks of butter diced the sheer volume of chopped chives and meat butchered by this very man.

We could type all day but all of this effort was most definitely for the passion he held around his love of food.

He most definitely holds a soul of gold and nothing has beaten him over the 30 + years not even the almighty Money Bag!!!

Where is this going ??

Our creative trade is an addictive place to spend our lives and it's easy to be sucked up while forgetting about everything close to yourself.

Take time to respect the season, your health, your tools and most of all your team around you as without these we have nothing.

Thoughts for the week ahead: Retirement brings repose, and repose allows a kindly judgment of all things, go forth and excel may your memories be strong as ours will be of you.

Blackouts

The winter months come to test our senses as we continually strive to inspire our minds as the long, dull dark weeks tick by.

Even though the weather is drab, the daylight sometimes never shines, and you may never see your neighbour as they hibernate for the winter time, it’s sometimes difficult to get your cells into gear.

Engagement with the season is imperative to ensure your creative mind doesn't lose steam. Development is a hard place to be as a continues pulse needs to be fed enabling your creative flair to shine brightly in all you do.

It doesn’t matter what position you are in the chain everyone who engages with food holds a creative spark which needs to be energised and allowed to increase in velocity at its own pace.

We have all been there, head sunken into your hands as you strive to create a special or flavour combination, but can't do so as your mind pushes back with creative blackouts.

This past week we have seen a change in season which sparked many minds into overdrive, enabling creative vibes to flow proactively as both the most fantastic blood oranges, and forced rhubarb arrived.

You can imagine this arrival captivated our senses but what sent electric shocks into our cells is the engagement from many across the world from the news around both their appearances!!!

Maintaining a continual drip fed message of inspiration is part of our mission ensuring all far and wide are given the opportunity at their leisure to become closer than ever before to the season.

Inventors and creative bodies across the globe struggle with inspirational blackouts as they hunt down the next best creation. Don’t let these dark areas arrive - as soon as you are planning something new, head over to your weekly refresh to relieve your cells and open them up for full engagement.

Either take snippets away & create your unique ideas or take the whole lot and carve your menu around what's truly inspirational the choice is yours...

Whichever way you utilise the Refresh do so in your own way but ensure to share it with all far and wide, so they too can feel that seasonal pulse.

Wow, that’s a bit deep this week!!! Your weekly Refresh is here especially for you and entirely - For The Love Of Food.

Greatest Imagination

As culinarians, we are blessed with having extremely creative minds enabling our actions to be reactive and interchangeable at all times.

The kitchen walls are an enclosed world of heat, action and an unlimited amount of senses. To our minds, this is a normal thing, but to others, it’s an intriguing place where magic continually happens.

Taste is a human sense which we are all blessed with, but for some not so lucky, they don’t hold this sensory benefit and have never tasted something sweet, delicate, sour or had that reaction and flavour memory that we all crave for.

This week our senses have been touched by a youngster from the outer parts of Yorkshire who unfortunately was born without this most miraculous of senses.

Excited by Lego, so very passionate about nature, riding his bike at 100 mph and all things an 8-year-old boy loves to do but unfortunately, he has never had the pleasure of taste!!!

In no way has this unfortunate disability affected his existence, he is healthy, confident and his very vibrant attitude to life was refreshing to witness.

Imagine never tasting sugar, feeling that impact of chocolate and what about that intense citrus burst we all take for granted when eating an orange.

Our younger years are a part of our lives which goes far too quickly, all those memories are stored for times like these so you can share but what about all the flavour thoughts we have tasted – just imagine never having those.

Cast your mind back to when you believed you were under attack hiding in the long grass as a child, or those times you maybe ate a fresh cherry or when you believed that ghouls hid out in your attic, the time you first tasted a freshly cooked mussel or even a stick of raw rhubarb!!!

These memories are with us forever - lets never take them for granted, join together to celebrate those flavours that for many just become a seasonal commodity and distant memory.

Thoughts For The Week Ahead:
The secret of food lies in its memory - of thinking and then knowing what the taste is before it even touches your lips. Holding these memories and truly respecting the season can only improve the taste of life.

The Connection

Some are good at keeping in touch, but others really struggle as the daily rush takes over their senses and stops the brain from finding the time to engage.

It’s a funny scenario this as although some struggle with making time to reconnect others find plenty of time & drive to do so.

Time is a critical piece in all our lives, and although we work in hot, busy and truly demanding environments we all have exactly the same amount of time as everyone else on the planet!!!

Making a promise to keep a connection is a strong bond between two minds, it's important this connection is maintained to secure and fulfil that most demanding commitment made.

A wise and extremely creative mind once shared a thought around this scenario:-

Keeping an ongoing connection to those that touch our lives in various ways is one way we share our thoughts whilst maintaining strong bond's with those so very apart.

It's almost certainly not for all and throughout our lives, we come across those naturally not capable of making that commitment to engage & maintain that connection some so very need.

Be that person who creates time - Be that person who cares for your nearest and most of all the team around you - Be that person who maintains that memorable connection - Just Be That Person!!!

These profound thoughts sparked into our senses this past week and although its essential to maintain that connection with people, it's equally important to make sure you are connected with the seasons especially at this time of year.

January may be a dull and quiet time for many, but Mother Nature doesn’t sit back, she has lot's planned into those five long cold weeks ahead.

That commitment we all make to keep in touch with the season is most imperative at this time in order to keep our senses and creations alight with inspiration.

For this reason alone the Refresh is here to excite and although it feels easy to take a few weeks off, our commitment to you has been made.

We will keep a continual drive of communication into your cells and those around you via our creative vibes so make sure you tune back in week after week.

Share the Refresh, celebrate its existence and join with many to keep that connection alive which mother nature so very needs, especially at this dull yet extremely creative month of the year.

Reflection

With the end of the year, just a hop skip and a short leap away (cheeky) At this point it’s often a time for reflection as we dig deep into our thoughts as to what we have achieved these past 365 days gone.

Minds work in tandem throughout the year to be united as a team, moving forward together with a vision in front guiding us like the bright northern star.

There is no doubt as we all navigate through the year kitchen scenarios come to test our abilities to react, obstruction arrives in many forms to block our path & those instances of derailment can often occur.

One thing is for sure if you remain focused, energetic and most of all passionate about all you do you will most definitely find your team come through the clouds into the beaming sunlight at the other end of the tunnel.

Our creative trade is a passionate place to be, but the kitchen also brings troublesome times with skill set decline, people retention & a host of other challenges that arrive when you look after a group of creative minds in one small hot room.

We spoke to a fallen warrior the other day who has migrated away for a short period. It was an exciting, inventive and truly amazing conversation as we listened to the plans and thoughts for the year ahead. One thing struck our cells which sparked our senses as we glided off into the night.

Everyone has a plan; everyone aims to score a goal and make a change in the year ahead, it’s not the celebration of success or the excitement along the way that makes it worthwhile, it’s that sense of pride and fulfilment when we reflect on our journey once we arrive at a pit stop along the way.

Thoughts for the week ahead: Without reflection, we can easily go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences, while failing to reach our mission goals and achieve anything useful along the way. Remain focused, passionate and driven through the year ahead as its all:

Blurry Eyes

We are not robotic, bionic or superheroes - No matter what we may think the time always comes when your complex system eventually shuts your lids so you can regenerate your cells.

As creative culinarians, it’s easy to get soaked up into that busy whirlwind which our career path often takes us on. It's easy to embrace the challenge in front; it's even easier to get so soaked up you easily forget anything else actually exists.

With such a busy period that our kitchens are now encountering its imperative, we rest our minds to ensure a level of sanity can take us over the hump into January.

We have all been in that situation of an elongated 24-hour shift when you just can't stop, but once the time comes to switch off we spark into overdrive as you frantically try to capture some sleep.

A note touched us this week which congratulated Delifresh on the commitment we have made to ensure we communicate every week with our followers all that’s most amazing.

After a few emails back and forth of thanks, we found out this dedicated refresh follower reads the refresh in bed late at night ensuring visions of food flow around their cells.

This captured our thoughts and stuck like putty as although the Refresh exists to communicate, its also used by many in ways we never even imagined.

Sleep exists so we can recharge, it doesn’t matter if you are a rabbit, an eagle, a human or even a carrot (weird) we all need some time to recover (oh I see what we just did).

Make sure you get adequate rest over this next few weeks to recharge your cells, have you tried reading the refresh in bed - Maybe your cells will thank you for it the morning after, Why not give it a try !!!

Thoughts for the week ahead: The bed is a bundle of paradoxes: We go to it with reluctance, yet we quit it with regret; we make up our minds every night to leave it early, but we make up our bodies every morning to keep it late.

Connection Trouble !!!

Reliance on technology was so very evident this week which possibly touched us all by the collapse of a mobile data network across the UK.

Seconds into the issue connectivity was cut causing carnage and instant panic for many as their handsets and connected software platforms across many industries collapsed due to lack of connection.

As a nation we all limped on trying our best to gain connectivity via WIFI but if you were one of the unlucky people to be out in the wild, you would have most definitely felt the pain or immense joy of a zero contactable day.

Modern technology now plays a hugely important role in all our existence as we can't go a single second without being touched by this most radical yet beneficial scenario.

When you take a step out of the kitchen, it's amazing to see even as creative culinarians we heavily rely on technology to get us through the day.

Can you imagine working through a shift without the ticket machine, self-cleaning oven, online connected dishwasher(really???) Even your stick blender can connect with you these days.

With such a reliance it's important we take time to understand every little thing about their presence, enabling us to get the best out of the technology at our very fingertips.

Times are rapidly changing and having that instant connection and on-demand ethos around all we do, will help us all to move alongside with the accelerating connected environment a kitchen actually is.

2019 is most definitely going to be an exciting and connected year especially if you are a regular delifresh Refresh follower!!!

Thoughts For The Week Ahead:
There is no doubt that technology is a double-edged sword. Just like fire it can cook our food bringing intense flavour and the true inner beauty to our senses, but can also burn, hurt and destory all instantly.

Meaningful Words...

As creative minds we often find ourselves in a situation where the heat is on as the pressure builds during service and our cells actively battle to get you through the situation with total organisation.

In the heat of the moment words may slip from your lips without notice which can often be very hard to fix the damage these vibes could easily cause.

With festivities flying towards us with lightning speed its important to remain focussed, connected and totally organised as we work our way through what for many is the busiest time of the year.

To relieve the pressure as much as possible Delifresh are here to help with your supplies throughout this busy period.

Our Christmas website is here with all the festive news you may require so if you haven’t already make sure you check it out. – (especially if you're in the need for Mince Pies or Christmas puddings)

Over the next few days we will be communicating our opening times on here and any order cut off restraints we have in place over the festive period also.

There is no doubt we will all be in the heat as we strive to excite our guests senses making sure thier plates are full of seasonal flavours when they come to visit our establishments.

We must unite and give them a Christmas meal to remember whilst making sure we equally get time to enjoy the period with our own families.

Weekly Thoughts :
Words are the most powerful force available to humanity. We can opt to use this force constructively with words of encouragement and excitement, or destructively using words of despair and hatred.

Words have energy and power with the added ability to help, heal, hinder, hurt, harm & humiliate but most of all to bring love and happiness to everyone they touch.

It's All In The Planning....

In such a fast-paced, active and most demanding environment which a kitchen is, planning is essential to make sure our teams are focussed, ready and excited about the mission that lies ahead.

Mother Nature likes to challenge our senses with irregular weather patterns, slow growth and in some cases no show crops - as for some strange reason things simply decided never to appear !!!

Making sure we are connected to the season is imperative to run that steady ship while giving us the ability to create some mind-blowing seasonal dishes for all to enjoy. No matter how well prepared you think you may be, there is always something that can crop up which will totally knock your senses offline.

Perhaps the scenerio you had gone over and over in your cells turns out to be severely different to what you thought it was going to be, or possibly something doesn’t have that flavour edge you had expected. These challenges come to evolve our senses and push us into a reactive state while we battle to ensure its service as usual.

If you ever require any further information around the season, a particular product, in fact, anything food related make sure you get in touch as we love to inspire.

Dont struggle with the season, or guess as to when things may arrive - Get in touch via any of our channels as we are availble 24 hours and will most definetly be able to help you on your mission.

Good Day ???

How many times through your existence do you get asked if you're having a good day ???

This common phrase is often a way of breaking the ice as you greet strangers or your colleges upon arrival for another day in the kitchen or while you are out walking the dogs.

This past week we bumped into a fallen warrior who for decades strived to perfect his craft on the plate making many people happy on his journey throughout his career. We didn’t mean to meet it was a surprise as we scurried along the kerbs going about our evening.

Once sights locked, the words have you had a good day instantaneously erupted to be greeted with NO – Shocked by the answer given we passed pleasantries and went home to check our lids for holes ready for the next day ahead.

The words No rumbled around our senses for a period as thoughts of mental wellbeing and the how as an industry we can make sure our teams day within our environment are enjoyed to their full. This thought rumbled on for a few days as we got snippets from people of how bad they thought their days were panning out.

It's easy to expect the correct answer to have you had a good day ??? It's even more comfortable not to actually ask the question and take the people you spend more waking hours with for granted.

Ensuring we all enjoy our working life can only bring a more enjoyable environment, it can only make our teams stronger as they too feel the buzz, as they enjoy their climb up that so very steep career ladder, making memories of their own on their journey.

As creative culinarians, we strive for perfection under such intense environments - Fun, safety and wellbeing of our teams is imperative to make sure when someone asks that question to our people their answer will always be – “I've had a great day”

Thought’s for the week ahead-
A Good day doesn’t have to be the day before your break; it doesn’t even need to be once a year on the day of your birthday. A good day should be every day; we shouldn’t let a bad day arrive once in a while.

Realistically we only ever have one bad day in our lives.(think about that) Open your lids to the day in front and embrace every second ensuring your craft and presence is enjoyed to its full by all around you.

Evelovment....

As creative culinarians, we are a driven, determined and truly inspirational group of people.

The time of year is switching and with heartwarming dishes arriving onto menus throughout the north its that time of year where our creative drive is required, even more so as we battle through until some warmer rays appear over in 2019.

Living life on the edge is often the case as we navigate our way through our daily existence. Seasons come and go with rapid fire and it's extremely easy to find yourself ploughing every second of the working day into just getting through to the next sunrise.

Remaining proactive in such a reactive environment which a kitchen is, it's imperative a close team of people with a similar passion and drive is formed.

People flutter into our lives without warning bringing new ideas, creative flair and most of all a sense of evelovment for our teams, as new ideas are bound around bringing excitement and vigour to all they touch.

Embracement is required by all to ensure the best for our team is maintained, and the full benefit of our people is felt by all especially the food we place on the plate daily.

Have you ever had the opportunity to step out of the box and do something you so LOVE but rarely get the opportunity to capture the buzz of orchestrating ???

Riding a bike is often used as a scenario around once you learn the skill it never leaves you - it's not until you hop back on that saddle after some time away you remember how exciting, skilful and genuinely embracing the skill you hold actually is.

People, Passion, Skillset & Evolvement are all things relevant to our daily lives in a kitchen. Never forget the skills your team maybe hiding as they may just be waiting to showcase a hidden talent - let them feel that rush and give them the oppertunity to flourish - it could be just like riding a bike for them and you maybe pleasantly blown away .

Thoughts for the week ahead -
Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it - bringing a full circle of happiness into both your lives as you battle through to the next sunrise!!!

Let Them Sing !!!

This past week has been a time of reflection, planning and most of all inspired thoughts as we head deep into autumn and the rapidly approaching festive period.

Planning is a key driver for many, and as creative culinarians, we must all spend time reflecting, adjusting and most of all being proactive in keeping up with the seasons ensuring our minds and teams are refreshed at all times.

As we work through our lives its easy to see older beings becoming drained, devalued & in some cases aggressive as they spit and swear - shouting about how the world which in their eyes is crumbling all around them. At the same time, the younger generation is excited, busy inspiring their cells whilst making plans as they build a platform for their journey ahead.

This polar opposite is often forgotten and held back as its easy to do what's always worked; It’s even easier to become blind and contrary to new vibes. As an industry, its imperative we unite letting the younger generation flex their cells, let's embrace these new thoughts & guide them on their journey to become far better than ourselves and push the industry into the next galaxy.

The Younger generation needs to be able to sing, and although will require guidance during their chorus we should respect their fresh approach, new ideas and driven engagement - as this will only result in a brighter future while the youngster run the future show.

Delifresh is continually committed to spreading our Love Of Food as we push the seasonal message to all - Our veggiecation scheme exists to help drive inspired thoughts for our younger generation to offer them a step on that ladder that we all possible never had !!!.

Thoughts for the week ahead –
It's easy to forget others, cast away those inspiring thoughts. Let's build with our community, for our community and wait to see the most outstanding results as people unite together stronger than ever before to create a better future for all.

Maybe you know someone who needs some Veggiecation ???
