Juicy Times

Since 1991, James Whites has been based on Whites Fruit Farm in Ashbocking – where is that we hear you shriek ?? (it’s just north of Ipswich)

Anyway originally a cider factory, Lawrence Mallinson bought the assets to James White and began to explore a love of pressed fruit and vegetable juices – Wow this is right up our street, fruit, veg, releasing the inner beauty this is going to be exciting!!!

Originally one of the founders of New Covent Garden Soup Company, Lawrence has a knack for dreaming-up and creating new and exciting flavours.

Since the first pressing took place the team has created some amazing flavoured drinks which include a Soil Association-certified range of organic fruit and vegetable juices.

The world-famous spiced tomato Mix - Big Tom is produced on the farm along with a fabulous and rather extensive selection of cordials.

Plus last but by no means least, the best-selling brand of beetroot juice: Beet It! (Michael Jackson LOVED IT !!!)

Wild Elderflower Cordial
Thorncroft Cordials are plant-inspired and based around the theme of an English-hedgerow.

Wild Elderflower cordial is the most popular cordial, perfectly refreshing for the Great British Summer time, floral flavoured as you can imagine and total radical.
Carrot Juice
A deliciously carroty drink that is surprisingly sweet but stop right there!!!

It’s amazing as a drink but the uses in the kitchen are vast and this deep flavoured juice will most definitely make your cells erupt as the uses are endless.

Reduce it down to create a thick glaze, use it as a cooking agent, sorbet (wow) even jellies get experimenting…
Beetroot Juice
Beet It- Organic is the original and still the best Beetroot Juice in the UK in fact in the entire world!!!

This fabulously delicious drink is perfectly blended with 10% Apple Juice to soften the earthy taste of Beetroot, which can be used in the bar but in the kitchen just like the carrot juice it can be used in countless applications so is well worth a taste if you havent done so already.
