Tunworth

Tunworth is possibly the finest soft mould-ripened cheese we stock.

Camembert is a very traditional French style cheese which holds a great following. Tunworth is a very Britsih alternative which has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, with a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.

Ravens oak

Ravens Oak is a small, creamy white soft goats cheese that’s handmade traditionally and poured into small moulds. The cheese has a subtle nutty flavour reminiscent of almonds, which develop as the cheese naturally matures within its delicate white rind.

Ravens Oak is made at Wilson Fields Farm from the freshest goats milk from Nicola Butler’s herd on the family farm at the foot of Beacon Fell in rural Lancashire.

Truffle Gloucester

Double Gloucester cheese has been halved in the first stages of production and layered with fresh black truffle then left to stand and mature.

The fragrant aroma from the truffle works magic with this deep-bodied double Gloucester a true match made in heaven.

Soft white cheese - After gently layering the curds into the moulds, they are left to sit under their own weight producing this amazing full-bodied sheep's milk cheese.

Acidic to taste but with creamy texture this is a totally amazing cheese board option which also melts fantastically
