The lifting has now finished and all crop is safely in store waiting to be used.

Word from the sheds is that due to the horrific growing conditions thoughout summer, sizing will be an issue and a very high premium will be added to any large samples of potato.

If you are using large graded bakers or jumbo wares becareful as prices could continue to climb as the availbility becomes short due to lack of crop.

If you want to save some money order the smaller grades of bakers i.e 60's

Cypriot Mid Potatoes
The finest mid potato you could possibly use at this time of year has landed and they are truly the finest thing ever.

Product is of good sizing making peeling easier and once through the beautiful skin that awesome flesh will bring some great mashing results.

Roast Potatoes - Sagitta (House ware)
The sagitta is an exciting variety which is a great all-round option.

Holding a great dry matter content it is screaming to be blanched and hit with boiling hot goose fat for the most perfect roast potato

Thick cut, French fry, crisps whichever fried potato takes your fancy this week the most consistent potatoes you should look into using are either the potato lovers or the most amazing Koffman range.
