Yorkshire Cheddar

This cheese is handcrafted at the award winning Wensleydale Creamery. An amazing cheddar which is typically aged for 15 months, giving it its' strength and character.

Blue Monday

Named by Alex James of Blur after his favourite New Order song. This cheese is complex and creamy with bold cracks and blue streaks.

Ribblesdale Owd Ewe

This cheese is matured and aged to about four months and is Iona at Ribblesdale's favourite cheese, along with Goatisan and goat curd. It has a thin, natural rind, the interior is yellow and firm with lots of flavour, matured and still creamy.

Soft cheese based on a Greek feta recipe, this cheese is left in water to reduce the saltiness unlike the Greek version.

Hawes Special reserve Wensleydale Cheese is matured for slightly longer than ordinary Wensleydale. Wensleydale cheese is mild with a fresh, clean flavour and a crumbly, flaky texture.
