The Kilby family are third generation farmers who have been farming in Collingham Yorkshire since the 1960s, Wharfe Valley takes their name from the beautiful and extensive Wharfe Valley area within Yorkshire.

The local free draining fertile limestone soil on the farm produces a prolific rape crop from which the team produce the finest rapeseed oil in the north.

With its velvety and deep flavour profile, this is one of the best rapeseed oils but stop there!!

Just take a look around the local fields and you will be able to witness that Golden Glow and most remarkable scent which the flowering rape fields bring.

The flowers are left to blossom and once the seeds start to form the crop is harvested and shaken to extract the valuable seed.

This little black number then makes its way back to Wharfe Valley farm where it's dried & pressed into amazing golden oil.
