The king of the grape world has arrived and it's so exciting it is CRAZY!!! This famous single estate variety grape has a flavour profile like nothing else.

Due to the availability of this much sort after grape we will get these to order especially for you - so get in touch if you have been dreaming of these awesome grapes as they are back for another fruitful time.

Don’t make chutney out of these though if you get involved, you need to shout from the hills around their existence as they will keep you awake at night as they are truly awesome.

We know we have mentioned these before but we must refresh our minds as they are here but soon to disappear.

The northern raspberry season is on fire but may be finished within the next few weeks so for the last time of the season these northern grown delicacies are screaming to be used.

Don’t panic though we are actively freezing the crop so you can still enjoy these northern fruits through the winter months - hows that for sustainability - Wowza.

Oh, my word the most outstanding greengage is back for another snappy season.

These green and intense gages are the world famous Reine Claude Veritable variety and are truly fabulous.

Get them baked whole, candid, pureed, pickled, used raw - whichever way suits they will most definitely excite.

When our eyeballs saw these radiating beans the other morning we couldn’t think about anything else all day!!!

The yellow wax bean is a marvellous thing which can offer some severe excitement to all they touch.

A quick blanch and bingo you have a colourful bean option but they are great to sample raw - If you want to give them a try get in touch and we will get a box back especially.
Romanesco **In Stock**
The alien has landed once again as the UK season for romanesco is back.

There are some colourful cauliflower options around which are imported but we have parked these while we concentrate on our native alien as it invades our shores once again.

Bake, steam, blanch, pickle, use raw the options are endless its time to release that nutty flavour once again.
Roscoff Onion **In Stock Wed**
The only onion on the planet that won't make you cry has found its way back into the engine room as the new season crop has been picked and is here to excite.

Often referred to as the pink ringed chute onion the sweet in flavour Roscoff is a very traditional French variety of onion.

Due to lack of syn-propanethial-S-oxide and heat the onion is very adaptable and amazing when eaten raw. Give it a try who is up for the challange ???

UK Chantaney Carrot **In Stock**
Awesome News - We are now back into the UK crop of petite chantateny carrots.

Due to these cheeky Chantaney being from the new season harvest their skins are very thin and you shouldn’t even need to show them a peeler or rubbing cloth.

Just give them a blanch, show them some heat or sink them into an orange Vichy for a great chantaney experience

We are simply lost for words around how beautiful these new season blueberries actually are.

The team at Wye Valley are harvesting the 2018 blueberry season and the quality/flavour profile of these most awesome berries is brilliant, you need to give them a try.
