The Bridge is an extremely well-known establishment and rob is certainly showing some seasonal creative flare as he guides his team alongside the seasons.

It's amazing to see the passion flowing from the kitchen as they engage with the weekly Refresh designing their menu week to week with what is showcased across all sections.
